The society has handed over the plot. You can wall it, apply for a building plan, and in most cases live in a finished house. Utilities at the boundary are the next question, not possession itself.

“Possession available in Faisal Hills” is not a useful sentence. The scheme spans delivered streets and files that have not been balloted. Read the block, then the street.
Partial possession
Some streets are handed over, some are not. A plot number in a partial block is not a promise that your street is ready. We check the specific street before we take a token.
Balloted
You have a plot number. You do not yet have the keys. Development on that street is underway or queued. The wait is real, and it is why balloted stock trades below delivered stock.
Under development
Files, or plots whose streets are still being cut. Buy this as a hold, not as a house you will occupy this year.
