Islamabad Estate & Builders Reg. was founded in 2008. We work as registered consultants with both MPCHS and Faisal Town from an office inside Faisal Hills, Taxila. Office listings are checked against society records. Member ads are reviewed before they go live.
Why we exist
Most buyers pay a token before they verify anything. The order is the mistake.
Islamabad Estate & Builders Reg. opened in 2008 as a consultancy on the MPCHS and Faisal Town corridor — eighteen years in the field of real estate, not eighteen years inside one scheme. Faisal Hills itself launched in 2016 as an RDA-approved housing society on GT Road (N-5) near Taxila, developed by Faisal Town Group. We moved the desk inside the scheme because that is where transfers, dues and possession actually happen.
We are registered with Multi Professional Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS) and with Faisal Town (Pvt.) Ltd. The work is the same on both: confirm the plot exists on the approved layout, confirm the seller is the allottee, and only then talk price.

The office is in Faisal Hills. A consultancy that cannot walk to the plot is quoting from a brochure. Possession status, a park that exists only on paper, a street that is still a trench — those are things you see.
We will tell you not to buy.
A file is not a house. A balloted plot is not a delivered plot. If the brief is to live in it this year, we will point at the blocks where that is true, and away from the ones where it is not.
