Mosques
The jamia mosque sits on the central spine and is in use. Neighbourhood mosques follow the block as houses fill in. Jummah traffic on the boulevard is real — factor it if you are looking at a commercial unit next door.

Facilities in a developing scheme arrive in the same order as the houses: first the mosque and the gate, then the park, then the school. We describe the current position, not the brochure.

Central park is planted and irrigated. Block parks exist on the layout; some are green, some are still a rectangle of earth. A park-facing premium is only worth paying after you have stood on the plot and looked at what is actually there.
Roots International School operates inside Executive Block. Families in other delivered streets also use schools in Taxila and Wah — the morning drive is part of the brief, not an afterthought.
A clinic sits on the eastern edge of the scheme. Serious care is Islamabad / Rawalpindi — 35 to 50 minutes depending on the hour. We do not pretend otherwise.
The boulevard arcade is the scheme's daily retail: grocers, pharmacies, cafes, offices above. Ground-floor shops with a built house behind them are a different product from a vacant commercial plot — yield data exists for the former.
Gated entrance, boundary wall and a society security detachment. This is not a gated community in the DHA sense, and we do not sell it as one. It is a housing society with a manned gate.
Electricity, water and sewerage are at the boundary in delivered blocks. In developing blocks they are promised on a programme. Confirm the meter, the line and the sewer connection on the specific street before you budget a build.
A sports complex plot is reserved on the southern edge. Walking the boulevard in the evening is what most residents actually do. If a cricket ground or a gym is a deal-breaker, say so — we will tell you the honest position.
If the jamia mosque, the park or the school run is the point, tell us. We will put you on a street where that is true today, not in five years.
