Fees follow the society schedule, not a brochure.

A 10-marla plot currently quoting around PKR 1.53 Crore still needs transfer, stamp, registry and advance tax funded on the day. Non-filers pay more than three times the filer rate under s.236K. We publish the working numbers so you can see the gap before you sit down at the society counter.
