A short, honest read on physical progress across the scheme, based on what our team sees walking the blocks each week rather than on announcements.
Executive Block
About 90% developed, possession delivered. Faisal Jewel and Roots International School are operating. Activity here is construction, not development.
Block A
The largest residential block. Possession is available in most sectors; remaining work is sector-level, not a whole-block wait.
Block B
Partial possession in the developed sectors. The Margalla aspect is the reason families look here after Executive and A.
Block C
Carpeting has extended across the majority of internal lanes. The outer streets remain on the schedule. Five marla still starts in the 35–60 lakh band. Treat unfinished streets as a hold.
Block D
Full possession granted. This is the most affordable block you can actually build on now.
Prime Block
Earliest stage of the six. 3,000 residential and 285 commercial plots. Possession is expected soon; prices are the lowest because the wait is the longest.
What this means for prices
The settled blocks are moving on demand, not on development news. Prime Block moves on milestones. If you are buying there, the milestone schedule is your price driver — watch it more closely than the asking prices.
