Which societies can I buy and list here?
Faisal Hills and Multi Gardens B-17 (MPCHS). Layout plans for Tele Gardens F-17, Faisal Residencia and Faisal Town can be downloaded from the maps page. Those three are not open for listings on this site.
What is Multi Gardens B-17?
MPCHS launched Multi Gardens in 2004. Phase 1 is blocks A, B and C. Blocks D, E and F followed. Block G, the extended area, launched in 2018 beside the M-1. Block C-1 has a layout plan on this site. Block B-1 is the strip marked EXT-1 BLOCK B on that same sheet.
Which B-17 blocks carry an approval line?
The wording is the wording on each layout plan, plus one confirmation for Block G. Blocks A, B and D: “Final NOC issued by CDA”. Block C: “Final NOC issued by CDA (B-17/B-18)”. Blocks E and F: “Approved by CDA”. Block G: approved, NOC issued. The CDA private-schemes list shows a “Multi Gardens Phase-I” NOC dated 3 January 2008. That date is for Phase I, not a claim that every later block shares it. Blocks B-1 and C-1 have a sheet (C-1, with B-1 marked EXT-1 BLOCK B) and no approval line is stated for them.
How is 30×60 quoted?
On this site the label is 30x60 (7 Marla). The market also calls the same plot 8 Marla. A search for either “7 marla” or “8 marla” returns that size.
What do B-17 plots cost?
Indicative 2026 asking ranges from the office desk, not a valuation and not a society price list. Blocks A and B sit at the top of each band. Blocks F and G sit at the bottom. Confirm the plot before treating a figure as an offer. The working bands are 5 marla at Rs 60–90 lakh, 30×60 at Rs 0.6–1.05 crore, 10 marla at Rs 1.0–1.8 crore, and 1 kanal at Rs 1.25–3 crore.
Where is B-17, and what is on the ground?
The society sits west of Islamabad. The map on this site drops a single approximate marker near 33.68°N, 72.85°E. It is not a surveyed boundary. Amenities named with the society include the MPCHS Club, a lake, a central park, sites for a university, hospital and school, a commercial markaz, and access from Margalla Avenue.
